AI Calling Disclosure

Effective May 15, 2026

ZenLeads, Inc. dba Apollo.io (“Apollo,” “we,” or “us”) is located at 440 N Barranca Ave, Unit 4750, Covina, CA 91723, United States. These calls will be made using an artificial intelligence (AI) voice agent, not a human caller. The AI agent may contact you for the purpose of scheduling, confirming, or following up on a demo request.

You also consent to the recording of such calls. Recordings will be used for quality assurance, sales support, and service improvement purposes.

Data Controller and Contact. Apollo is the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with these calls. For data protection inquiries, contact us at privacy@apollo.io.

Data Processed. We process your name, telephone number, company name, call recordings, and any information you provide during the call.

Legal Basis. We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR / EU GDPR). For call recordings, we also rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining service quality (Article 6(1)(f)), which you may object to at any time.

Retention. We retain your personal data and call recordings for no longer than 24 months following your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute. Recordings are automatically deleted after 12 months.

International Transfers. Your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We protect these transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, as applicable). A copy is available upon request at privacy@apollo.io.

Your Rights. Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy;
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • Data portability, to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format; and
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

How to Withdraw Consent or Opt Out. You may withdraw your consent or opt out of future calls at any time by:

  • Requesting removal during any call with our AI agent;
  • Using the unsubscribe mechanism in any follow-up communication.

We will process your request within 48 hours.

Complaints. If you are unsatisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU, you may contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
