Is onboarding included on the Free plan?
Live, personalized onboarding is included on paid plans only. However, free plan users can get up and running quickly with onboarding webinars, Apollo Academy, Sales Plays, the Knowledge Base, 24/7 AI support, and the Apollo Slack community.
How much do onboarding sessions cost?
Live, personalized onboarding sessions are free and included in all paid plans. Session depth varies by plan.
How do I book my session?
You'll get an invitation to book an onboarding session within the first 30 days of signing up for a paid Apollo account. Use the "Book your onboarding session" button — we'll offer times that work for your timezone and team.
Who should attend onboarding sessions?
All Apollo users are invited, but at minimum one administrator with appropriate access (passwords and privileges) to relevant systems must be present.
What should I prepare?
• Make sure you can log into your Apollo account before the call • Have your email account ready for setup • Download the Apollo Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store • Bring specific questions - we're here to help! Accounts with Professional onboarding additionally should be prepared with the following information: • Apollo login is set up and accessible by the administrators attending onboarding • Email inbox access or approval for email integration setup • Admin access for required Apollo integrations • CRM connection established (if applicable) • CRM mapping completed (if applicable)
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding sessions vary by topic and need and typically last 30–60 minutes. Most teams are able to get set up and start sending their first email sequence in just one onboarding session! More complex setups and integrations may require additional time, and we’re committed to scheduling multiple sessions as needed.
