If you're unsure, the free trial gives access to most features before committing. For enterprise or complex needs, talk to Apollo's sales team about a custom plan.
Yes — Apollo is built to work for companies of all sizes. Even at entry-level pricing, you get unlimited email addresses for your contacts, a full sequencing platform to test and automate outreach, and pipeline tools to manage deals and track engagement.
Once you close your first deal using Apollo, you have a repeatable system you can build and scale from.
Yes. Apollo works with Fortune 500 companies and large enterprises including Intel, AT&T, Adobe, SAP, Shopify and more.
For complex requirements around integrations, security, and governance, we recommend talking to our sales team about a Custom plan.
No. All seats on an Apollo account are on the same plan — you can't have some users on Professional and others on Basic. The plan level applies to the entire account.
If team members have meaningfully different needs, the recommended approach is to select the plan that fits your highest-needs users. For larger organizations with varied use cases, a Custom plan may offer more flexibility — reach out to Apollo's sales team to explore options.
Your trial includes – credits and access to most features in the plan you selected.
Some trial-specific limits still apply, and available email-provider connections may depend on the plan and trial setup.
You can upgrade to a paid plan to keep full access, or move to our free Starter plan — which stays free with no time limit.
Apollo uses credits as the currency to perform activities throughout the platform. Depending on your plan, credits give you access to emails, phone numbers, email warmup, domains & mailboxes, AI-researched data, and more.
Credits are pooled across your entire team and granted upfront at the start of each billing cycle, so your full allotment is available from day one.
Learn more about what features consume credits in our knowledge base article or what these actions charge in credits in your Apollo account.
Credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle and do not roll over if unused. You can monitor your balance at any time by following these steps.
Features labeled Unlimited don’t have a set usage limit included with your plan. Usage may still be subject to our Fair Use Policy to help maintain a reliable experience for all users.
No. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over. This applies to both plan-included credits and purchased add-on credits.
Go to Settings → Credit usage to track credit consumption in real time. You can filter by date range, credit type, and individual user to see exactly where credits are going.
To limit per-user spend, admins can set per-user credit caps from the team management settings — useful for distributing the shared pool more evenly across a large team and avoiding overconsumption.
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Customize Credits and use the slider to add extra credits for your current billing cycle.
Key things to know:
Add-on credits are charged immediately when added.
They are recurring — they renew automatically each billing cycle until removed.
To stop future charges, drag the slider back to zero before your next renewal date.
Add-on credits remain available until the end of the current billing period even if you downgrade before then.
Monthly billing — Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime. Higher effective per-month cost.
Annual billing — Pay for a full year upfront at a discounted rate. Lower monthly cost, but you're committing to 12 months.
Switching monthly → annual: Allowed at any time. Any payment already made is prorated toward the annual plan.
Switching annual → monthly: Requires canceling your annual plan and waiting for it to expire at end of the current plan cycle. Mid-cycle downgrades on annual plans are not permitted.
Go to Settings → Billing and select the option to update your payment method. You can add or replace a card on file at any time.
If a renewal payment fails, Apollo will retry the charge. If it continues to fail, your account may be downgraded until a valid payment method is on file. Contact support@apollo.io if you run into any issues.
Yes. Here's how each change works:
Upgrades (plan or seat count) take effect immediately.
Downgrades (plan or seat count) also take effect immediately — your access updates right away, but refunds aren't issued for unused time in your current cycle. Your new lower price applies starting with the next plan term.
Add-on downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Any add-on credits already purchased mid-cycle stay available until the billing period ends.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current plan term. You can request cancellation from Plan Overview or by emailing support@apollo.io.
No — email campaigns are included on every Apollo account. On free plans, you can connect Gmail accounts only. Paid plans let you connect Microsoft Office or any other email provider.
Yes. Apollo integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Marketo, Sendgrid, LinkedIn, and all major email providers. For more advanced or custom integrations, API access is available on Custom plans.
A record selection limit caps how many records you can select from Apollo's database in a single action.
Without a limit, you can select and export up to 10,000 leads in one click. With a limit in place, you'd need to select and save records in smaller batches — though you can still bulk-export everything you've saved at once when you're ready.
Higher-tier plans come with higher or no record selection limits.
The plans on this page are for internal business use only. Using Apollo data to power external products, share with customers, or resell is not permitted under standard terms — these use cases require a separate agreement with custom pricing.
