This Sales Play helps you use Waterfall Enrichment to unlock email addresses and phone numbers for your highest-value contacts — without wasting credits.
Instead of enriching your entire database, you’ll use the Assistant to identify ICP-qualified decision-makers, understand the credit impact of email vs. phone enrichment, and move enriched contacts directly into outreach.
Using this Sales Play, Apollo will:
- Identify ICP-qualified contacts from your Content Center or saved contacts
- Prioritize decision-makers and high-intent prospects
- Explain the tradeoffs between enriching email, phone, or both
- Help you enrich contacts intentionally using Waterfall Enrichment
- Guide you from enrichment straight into outbound outreach
Before you start:
Before running this play, make sure:
- Make sure you’ve filled out the AI Content Center with your value proposition, customer pain points, etc. so Apollo’s AI can generate relevant outreach.
- This play works best if you already have saved contacts, a list, or contacts tied to active opportunities.
- You understand how many available enrichment credits you have.
- You’ll be asked to confirm how many contacts to enrich. We recommend starting with a smaller, high-value segment.
- You’re ready to launch outreach shortly after enrichment
