Started by Liam Russell & Balvir Dhillon their mission was to created a casual dining experience that offered quality and experience like no other and it just happened to be 100% Plantbased the goal was to change peoples perspectives around the taste, texture and quality of vegan cuisine. Built during the global pandemic 13th Element had to adapt to gain traction and attention within a very saturated takeaway market. The brand began its humble journey as a street food vendor within the well acclaimed Nottingham Streetfood market within a popular Intu shopping centre called Victoria Centre. 13th Element quickly became one of the most popular food vendors at the streetfood club and was a permanent resident at the location. When the pandemic hit 13th Element the business took on a Takeaway dark kitchen in the heart of Nottingham where it grew in success. The brand began to gain popularity which led to 13th Element opening its first Restaurant in January 2022.
