William Rosato received his BA and Masters in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Todd Schefler also attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received a BA in Natural Science/Astrophysics and an MBA from the Wharton School.Beachwold (http://www.beachwold.com) and its principals have built, owned, and managed multifamily properties for over 40 years. Beachwold controls 66 properties and 15,000 multi-family units in Connecticut, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey, and Tennessee. The principals of Beachwold are Bill Friedman and Gideon Friedman. Bill Friedman received a BA from Brandeis and a law degree from Columbia University.
