We were formally known as the Pacific Section, and the Pakeha Section alongside the Māori Section of the Nākū Enei Tamariki Incorporated Society, that was established in 1993 in Te Awakairangi (Hutt).Our social and family services are culturally responsive, and where appropriate, are strongly influenced by Pacific ethnic-specific models of care - to ensure we are meeting the needs of our community and our parenting programs and support groups are family focused, relational, and strengths based.
