SP-SSA International Terminal (SSIT) is located on the Thi Vai River in the Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. SSIT is a joint venture established in 2006 between the two Vietnamese companies of Saigon Port/Vinalines as well as SSA Marine Seattle USA.SSIT was built for container operations and features the latest state-of-the-art box handling equipment including the largest STS gantry cranes in Vietnam. The terminal is able to handle a diverse commodity range spanning project cargo/heavy lifts, steel, fertilizer a well as agricultural products such as grain, soy and corn.SSIT is operating around the clock.
