ABOUT USCooper Cricket was created by Rod Grey. Through the love of cricket and the passion for doing something that he's always enjoyed, Rod was able to create a cricket brand that is not only new & fresh but one that really cares about giving players the best possible gear to use in their crusade to conquer the cricketing world.THE NAMEThe name 'Cooper' came about as Rod & his wife Roxanne were attempting to have another child. For whatever reason, that didn't work out; however, the name Cooper was on the top of the list if it was a he that was born. So when deciding what this cricket brand would be named and given this is Rod's little baby, there one only one choice, Cooper Cricket.Coincidentally, a 'Cooper' is an old term for a timber barrel maker. They were experts in using drawknives & planes to craft timber barrels. So feel quite proud that a 'Cooper' was affectionally known as an expert timber maker and shaper.OUR MISSIONOur mission is to provide cricket gear that will make a difference to a players performance on the field.For us, there is nothing more rewarding to hear that a player has scored their highest score, had their best season, or our gear has given them the confidence to perform beyond their own expectations.We are also very proudly Australian. All cricket bats are produced in our Brisbane workshop and we love it when you come in a visit to see what it's all about.
