It currently develops master-planned mixed-use residential communities and large-scaled mixed-use urban infill communities targeting Mexico's expanding middle-class population. Projects include town centers with residential, office and retail components. In 2014, Ivanhoe Cambridge became a partner of MIRA. Ivanhoe Cambridge is a global Real Estate industry leader that was founded in Quebec in 1953, and has built a vertically integrated business across Canada and other countries. Ivanhoe Cambridge held more than CDN$55 billion in total assets as at December 31, 2015. In 2016 MIRA closed its third fund, through a CERPI a new Co-Investment Vehicle in the Mexican Market. The resources were obtained from the Mexican pension funds (AFORES), insurance companies, and other institutional investors.
