In difficult economic times, the ability to purchase equipment at an average of 50% of the cost of new equipment is extending the bottom line of hospitals'​ budgets.Our biomedical engineering department is capable of completely refurbishing any type of medical equipment. There is a sandblast booth, paint booth, upholstery shop, and electrical safety testing shop to make the equipment look and perform like brand new equipment. Our biomedical engineers specialize in the de-installation of entire radiology rooms, OR lights, and sterilizers in a fashion that allows the equipment to be resold and installed in a different facility. Most equipment is resold with warranties.We have an appraisal department with employees who are Accredited Members of the International Society of Appraisers. Our reports are prepared according to USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices) standards and will stand up to legal scrutiny.We also liquidate entire hospital facilities.
