Third, society at large benefits through the increased impact of NGO clients that we serve, but also through having the skills and talents of our youth channeled to serving a greater cause.We develop the skills of our consultants through hands-on training--after a training session with one of our executive members, new joiners will be put on either consulting projects with clients or conduct market research for Juvenate. High-performing members are promoted through each term/ project cycle.
