Libby is a qualified Yoga teacher, is currently studying a Bachelor of Counselling, and has co-founded a business called Unlock Potential, to inspire and empower ALL women to unlock their greatest potential through exercise and holistic health practices. PAULA HINDLEPaula is an Integrative Women's Health Coach, Physiotherapist, Exercise Scientist and Yoga teacher. She has extensive experience working with women in the fields of obstetrics, gynaecology, exercise and sport, to optimise their health and wellness. Paula offers a holistic approach to health and wellness; integrating physiotherapy and exercise science with integrative health coaching, and yoga philosophies. With a greater vision to empower women to thrive, not just survive, Paula co-founded Unlock Potential with former swimming great Libby Trickett, to inspire and empower all women to unlock their greatest potential though exercise and holistic health practices, so they can live a vibrant, purposeful life.
