Transform Fitness, located in New York City, is a licensed GymnasticBodies (GymFit) training facility. We focus on calisthenics (gymnastic strength training aka GST); a fitness modality that uses gravity and bodyweight as a form of resistance for our exercises.Our goal is to develop long term strong, flexible, and mobile bodies. We condition our athletes with a methodical and sustainable approach in order to establish correct technique for advanced skills. Through our training you can obtain the tools to transform your body and your mind. We offer virtual and in-gym private training as well as virtual group training. Most of our group classes are scalable and designed for all levels of fitness.
