Its first stage, ALCHEMIA I, consists of two, six & eight-storey towers on a shared four-storey base, offering over 21,000 sq. m of mixed office and business space. Its sister, ALCHEMIA II, was opened in October 2015. The distinctively H-shaped, single-building, 36,000 sq. m ALCHEMIA III opened in September 2017. Construction of the similarly-sized ALCHEMIA IV is underway and will be completed in Q4 2019.ALCHEMIA was the first building in the Tricity area to receive a Platinum-level Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certificate, making it one of the most green and energy-efficient buildings in Poland and in Europe.
