Athens Sleep and Wellness Center is a full service American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) Accredited Sleep Disorders Center. We offer Diagnostic Polysomnograms, Positive Airway Pressure Titrations, Multiple Sleep Latency Testing, Maintenance of Wakefulness Test, PAP-NAPs, and CPAP Clinics. We have a four bed facility designed to feel like home.Our highly trained technologists are here to make sure that patients a positive experience while collecting quality sleep study data. We pride ourselves in a quick turn around of studies with most being collected, score, reviewed, and completed within 3 days.Our CPAP Clinic program was created to aid patients who are using Positive Airway Pressure devices. Through this program, patients are seen in the office by one of our trained CPAP Specialists, who will provide support and troubleshoot any problems the patient has. Since instituting our CPAP Clinic we have seen our patient compliance rise to 80%. It is our mission to help the patient through CPAP Clinic until they can say "I love my CPAP."Athens Sleep and Wellness Center also is an AASM Accredited A-STEP Provider. Our 2 week program provides prospective sleep technologists with a strong basis in Polysomnography. Students who attend our A-STEP program are trained in electrode hookup, patient care, data collection, and study scoring. Our students have gone on to work in sleep labs all over the country.
