The company that produced Skoda trucks until 1986 made license agreement with Isuzu Motors Ltd. in 1983, and it initiated the production of Isuzu vehicles in 1984 in its factory founded in Kartal.The company has been continuing its operations in its new factory founded in Şekerpınar with up-to-date technologies since August, 1999.
