At Mon•t, we facilitate the exploration of the inner self to uncover the healing power of connection and understanding the body as our 1st territory to explore. And expanded to the 2nd territory, the landscape. Creating an interpretation of the new language that emerges from both territories as an intermediate space. That brings us to our 3rd territory of exploration, the community: as a deeper understanding of the land by tapping into the ancient wisdom that was passed down through generations.
