Coffee & Cocktails with MC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that coordinates two FREE monthly networking events that MC, the President/CEO hosts at different businesses.  These events provide the opportunity for the hosting business to get exposure and introduce people who may have never been to their business to what they have to offer. In addition, everyone who attends has the chance to network with other people and gain very valuable face-to-face interaction, in a fun and casual environment. There are no fees to attend our events, so the nonprofit relies solely on donations and sponsorship.

Welcome to Lil Bit Fitness!My name is Mary Catherine, but you can call me "MC" :)I started working out doing dvds at home because I had never found a class at the gym that I thought was interesting or fun.Plus, gyms intimidated me. I felt like everyone was looking at me. However, several years ago I discovered several different fitness formats that looked like a lot of fun and thought I would give them a try.As a result, I eventually became certified to teach TurboKick (cardio kickboxing), WERQ (cardio dance fitness set to pop, hip hop, and rock) and my own formats, Lil Bit o' Latin (Zumba inspired) and Lil Bit o' Toning (using light hand weights) classes.I also hold 2 Primary Group Fitness certifications; 1 through AFAA and another through AAAI-ISMA.I am a certified Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor.In addition to teaching group fitness classes my passion is Lifestyle & Weight Management coaching.I am a certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist through NESTA.Whether you are looking to get more active and find a group fitness class that suits your taste, or you are looking for some guidance to help you on your journey over all, this is the place to find out more.If you are looking for extra incentive to stay on track and you like a little competition.....I run quarterly fitness challenges.
