Velazquez Pain Relief Center is a growing medical practice based out of Las Vegas, NV. Currently there are 4 locations throughout the valley. We believe the most effective way to care for patients is by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, creating an individualized treatment plan for each patient that addresses the physical, functional, and psychological aspects of chronic pain. It is our goal to provide the highest quality of care while enriching the community through education and compassion.
