As a former executive for a Fortune 200 company, serving over 2.1 million customers, I furthered my education at Harvard Business School in Leadership for Senior Executives, focusing on innovation, globalization and leadership diversity. I earned an MBA in marketing from Ottawa University and my undergrad from the University of Kansas in Psychology. Understanding people and having a ardent eye for business, helped me climb my way up from being a temporary employee, stocking shelves, to a Vice President of operations for an oil and gas giant in less than 11 years.
