Odell Borg started High Spirits in a small garage in San Diego, CA in 1990. From the beginning Odell's vision was to spread the joy of creating music to as many people as possible. Through art fairs, workshops, and word of mouth this vision came to life. Today, thousands of people have learned to play music on High Spirits flutes. We have grown into an all-inclusive flute shop that offers a full line of quality flutes and accessories. But most importantly, High Spirits continues to pursue Odell's original vision by continually producing videos, books and other instructional materials that help people connect with the joy of playing music.
