Services Provided:* Adult Services include: Staffed Residential, Home Share, Independent Living & Supported living Services, Program, Outreach Services, Community Integration Services, Supported Employment, Community Respite Care. * Child & Youth Services includes: Community Respite Care, Kidz Club & Teen Clubs (after school programs for children/youth from 6-18 year olds), SASS (Specialized Autism Support Services) for children/youth with Autism accessing Autism Funding Money, Summer 'Scapes Integrated Summer Day Camp for Children 6-12 years of age, Summer Recreation/Lifeskills/Social Programs for Youth (13-18 years of age), Individualized Services (Small Groups) focusing on lifeskills and pre-employment skills for 15-18 year olds, Individualized Services (1:1 Supports) for children/youth between 6-18 years of age, Staffed Youth Residential home, BRIDGE Youth Employment & Transition Services (18-24 year olds).
