We primarily employ nationally certified athletic trainers who are sports medicine professionals specializing in orthopedic evaluation, functional movement assessment, health education and the prevention, early intervention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. Our services are founded on a sports medicine approach: injury prevention and proactive services are top priority; the Work-Fit professional is onsite and fully integrated into all aspects of the client's business; its people are the most valuable asset; care is efficient and highly accessible; and return to work at full functional ability is critical. Our services target the reduction of MSD recordables, and are offered to the client in a variety of options including injury prevention education, human performance and work station assessment, job coaching, work hardening, job conditioning, job rotation strategies, new hire assimilation, pre shift warm-ups, fitness for duty, OSHA first aid, and comprehensive injury rehabilitation. Traditionally, the Work-Fit client has 500+ physically active employees.
