Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT)is a nationwide 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that administers affordable Third-Party and First-Party Pooled Special Needs Trusts (PSNTs). CCT's mission is to provide PSNTs for people with special needs while protecting their government benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid.
