The Melbourne Racing Club is one of Australia's most vibrant Sporting and Event providers comprising of Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses as well as Pegasus Leisure Group, a suite of 14 hotel and club venues located across Metropolitan Melbourne. Each year we kick off Melbourne's Spring Racing Carnival with the Caulfield Spring Opener and Caulfield Charity Family Day. We then lead into our Caulfield Cup Carnival consisting of Caulfield Guineas Day, Caulfield Social and the Sportsbet Caulfield Cup. Before closing out the season we head to Mornington Racecourse for the Peninsula Cup, then round out the spectacular racing season we finish with the Caulfield Spring Finale. In addition to the Caulfield Cup Carnival, there are more than 80 days of horse racing at Caulfield, Mornington and Sportsbet Sandown. Along with horse racing, the Melbourne Racing Club holds functions and events of all sizes across our venues that include lifestyle and leisure shows, trade shows, festivals and university exams to name a few. Sportsbet Sandown is also one of Australia's premier motorsport facilities and hosts race days for various motorsport clubs throughout the year in addition to being one of the locations used by the V8 Supercars.
