Our 41 year old company began as a janitorial service, but in response to customer requests our owner Gary Bormes transformed One Way into a thriving commercial build-out company with construction, HVAC and electrical divisions.In 1996, we found our niche in the industry of cellular telecommunications infrastructure.With experience building over 1,000 cellular sites, we have become highly respected as quality builders of all varieties of sites that the industry demands.As a company, we pride ourselves in being reliable contractors.
