TexTESOL III is the TESOL Regional Affiliate for the Austin/Waco area of Central Texas. We hold four or more meetings annually and accept paid memberships extended to professionals in the Teaching English as a Second Language, ESL, EFL, Bilingual Education, and related fields. TexTESOL III is a non-profit organization whose mission is to collaborate with our fellow TexTESOL Affiliates to support best practices in teaching and to promote the exchange of information and cooperation among the various stakeholders involved in the multi-faceted realm of ESL & Bilingual education in Texas. We advocate for the rights of ELLs in Texas and send our Advocacy Chair to the TESOL Advocacy and Policy Summit annually.
