Subsequently the joint venture was incorporated and renamed I&E Systems. As of March 2020 Exearne is in full control of I&E Systems with the ending of the joint venture with Worley. I&E will continue to work with Worley as an electrical engineering and control system solutions provider for current and future projects.For the past 21 years we have retained our focus on design, configuration and commissioning of control, safety, SCADA, turbo machinery and power systems.
