David Durance commenced studying mechanical engineering but chose to leave to pursue a passion for woodworking. After several years working as a furniture maker, and then establishing a furniture manufacturing business, David now has his own design consultancy, David Durance Design. Many of his designs are manufactured in Australia and sold across the county through several of the large retailing groups.David is has recently completed his Masters Degree inIndustrial Design at Swinburne University, Melbourne.
