The San Antonio Scorpions, under Soccer For A Cause, play their home games at Toyota Field in San Antonio. It is a privately funded, 8,000-seat playing facility capable of expanding to 18,500. The Scorpions compete in the North American Soccer League (NASL), which consists of 11 teams across the U.S. and Canada with two expansion teams in Jacksonville, FL and Oklahoma City slated to join in 2015. All net proceeds from the San Antonio Scorpions go to benefit Morgan's Wonderland, located in Northeast San Antonio adjacent to Toyota Field. Morgan's Wonderland is the vision of philanthropist Gordon Hartman and was created so people of all ages with and without disabilities could come together in a safe, colorful, totally-wheelchair-accessible park for fun and understanding. Opened in 2010, Morgan's Wonderland features more than 25 rides, playscapes and attractions spread out over 25 acres in what once was a limestone quarry.

The Tampa Bay Rowdies are the professional soccer team in St. Petersburg, Florida, a part of the United Soccer League Championship (USL). Home games are played at Al Lang Stadium in downtown St. Petersburg.The Rowdies were the first professional sports franchise in the area and remain one of the most  recognizable and well-loved brands in soccer. Originally established in 1975, the team won the NASL Soccer Bowl championship in its inaugural year and created a unique, entertaining and memorable franchise with the Fannies, Wowdies and unforgettable Kick in the Grass theme song. In 2008, a group of investors announced the purchase of rights to a professional soccer franchise and the newly established team began play in 2010. In December of 2013, St. Petersburg philanthropist Bill Edwards announced he acquired the controlling interest of the Tampa Bay Rowdies. The Atlanta Silverbacks are a professional soccer organization in Atlanta. The Silverbacks men's professional team competes in the North American Soccer League.  The team plays against seven other teams from across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, with the season running from April to November.  In addition to the Atlanta Silverbacks professional team, the organization houses the Atlanta Silverbacks Women (2011 W-League National Champions), Atlanta Silverbacks Park, the Atlanta Silverbacks Suwanee Indoor Center, adult amateur teams, and a variety of camps and youth programs.
