Founded in 2018 with five mentors and mentees, Assisterhood is now a three-state-strong mentorship program connecting underrepresented people with diverse senior leaders in marketing, client services, design, creative, tech, strategy and business leadership disciplines.Since its first year, mentees have gone on to succeed with renewed confidence and support.
