CDSA is a private, non-profit, community action agency with a mission to work with others to identify needs, secure resources and deliver services that improve lives in our communities. Over a dozen programs are operated at CDSA in the three major service categories of Early Childhood Development, Self-Sufficiency and Communtiy Planning and Research.CDSA serves 20 counties with a primary service area of Garfield and Grant Counties in north central Oklahoma.
