Pro Lifestyle Nutrition LLC was founded in 2012 by Rachel Meyer and is a nutrition consulting practice that provides customized solutions and accountability to help individuals build a healthy, SUSTAINABLE lifestyle that supports long term success with personal weight, wellness, and health goals. We are a team of Registered Dietitians with a passion for helping our clients make progress with their goals by integrating methods and applying behaviors that enhance physical and mental well-being. In addition to individual nutrition coaching, we work with companies and organizations to help them enhance their culture of wellness and improve employee health. We are proud to be an approved corporate wellness vendor with Independence Blue Cross and providers of various health plans that often cover nutrition coaching as a preventative and routine benefit.
