University of Budi Luhur (UBL) is a private university located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. which has been accredited.The founding of University of Budi Luhur was started by the budi luhur cakti foundation on 1 April 1979. Started as Computer Science Academy in 1979. Computer Science Academy was regarded as one of the earliest university specialised in computer science in Indonesia.
