In a world where ambiguity and uncertainty are increasing, and the boundaries betweenpolitical, security, economic, and social phenomena are declining, and when it is difficultto distinguish between the domestic and foreign, and in light of the geo-strategic and geoeconomic shifts in the Middle East, the need increases for an Egyptian think tank, based onthe rules of scientific thinking, with the aim of presenting an Egyptian vision for regionaland international transformations, offering different scenarios for these changes, a deeperunderstanding of the nature of national security threats, and putting different visions andpolicies before decision-makers.
