We've also recently launched Customer Satisfaction Awards to add a consumer perspective to the comparison equation. In 2010, we expanded our services and launched Canstar Blue to provide customer satisfaction research and ratings for over 1,800 brands across more than 300 different consumer products and services including energy, telco. We engage respected professional market research companies to ask consumers about their personal brand experiences. With a strong focus on product and service excellence, our aim is to act as the real voice of the consumer (based on quantitative research).
