Our approach is based on best practice research and as a result is proven to be effective, while at the same time both enjoyable and personalised to our clients' needs.We are a team of highly experienced health promotion professionals, from nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness and psychology backgrounds. We develop and provide health promoting initiatives to three main client groups: corporate, public and community and charity groups.Our social enterprise model means we reinvest the profits from our corporate and public clients into health promoting initiatives for our community and charity clients. This enables us to provide highly professional and tailored services to those who may be in most need but otherwise not have access to such support.
