The Calgary Flames Ambassadors are a group of approximately 50 business individuals who represent the Calgary Flames in the community and support various fund-raising initiatives for the Calgary Flames Foundation charity.The group was originally created in 1998 when a handful of passionate fans and business leaders bounded together to help bolster season ticket sales during a particularly challenging stretch for the team, known then as "Save the Flames".
