We have since obtained USGBC LEED Platinum rating for four other ITC properties and several other hotels.Kamal Cogent Energy has worked as greening partner at Hero MotoCorp's newest manufacturing facility at Neemrana, Rajasthan. This facility has achieved Platinum rating under IGBC Green Factory with several unique features like - Aeroponic-Hydroponic agriculture, all LED lights, solar PV of 1300 kW, a 300 meter indoor oxygen wall, reversible construction and a novel big foot air-conditioning system.
