Our vision is that young, Black educators are inspired to use their voices to drive system level positive change. We support this through our mission of creating a condensed community space for young, Black educators to create actionable solutions to community-specific problems. Each summer our fellows spend two weeks collaborating with their peers on policy solutions to key issues in education and learning from local, state, and national leaders in education and policy.We value community, knowledge, urgency, solutions, energy, and action.
