The Young NVDO aims to bring young investigators in the field together, to learn from each others experiences, research and professional development.Board members:- dr. We organize two yearly conferences:- Young NVDO meeting -A small, friendly and low-threshold meeting where young diabetes investigators have the chance to present and discuss their research. A social programme provides the opportunity for young investigators to get to know each other better.- Northern European Young Diabetologists Meeting - At this meeting, the best 10 investigators from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands/Belgium and Denmark may present their research for an international company of young investigators in the field. As small, friendly and low-threshold as the Young NVDO meeting, but with the real experience of an international conference. Including a state-of-the-art lecture given by a Keynote speaker, a debate on a controversial or challenging diabetes-related subject, and an extensive social programme which provides the opportunity to get to know each other better outside of research, and to exchange international experiences.
