• Independently manage large and complex projects or tasks which may include: resource potential estimation, statistical analyses, analysis of fuel and utility bills, estimation of energy efficiency savings and costs, measure engineering analysis, program benefit-cost analysis, program development and planning, evaluation analysis, market research, survey design, and secondary research• Identifying and generating commercial leads• Performing site visits and evaluations for solar potential• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients from pre-sale through project completion• Independently perform wide range of highly complex, energy-related analysis.• Independently manage assigned tasks, analyses, and projects to the project manager.• Independently develop project deliverables including written memos, reports, and presentations and manage the QA/QC process on those deliverables to the project director's satisfaction]• Communicate complex and/or highly technical analytical methods and results to clients in a clear and effective manner.• Develop and execute QA/QC approaches for complex analyses which will ensure deliverables are high quality, sensible, and error free• Approve technical decisions related to complex research, planning, and data analysis.• Develop and execute analysis plans for complex tasks and/or projects• Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize productivity and cultivate future opportunities• Mentor other associates and project managers and Communicating effectively with project managers, engineering contractors, jurisdictions, installation crew regarding project details• Contribute to business development and/or proposals by hitting measurable revenue targets commensurate with current level• Perform other duties as required.
