Expect to feel supported and comfortable. Our teachers are trained to teach each class as if everyone is a newbie. We are here to share our knowledge of yoga, how it will benefit you physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically. This is your journey and we are here to assist you in making yoga a priority in your life. The biggest advice to bring with you is to remember to focus on your mat, and your mat only. Our space and your time is meant for you.
