Wells Finland researches and develops solutions for better well-being, working life skills and life-long learning. We currently operate under University of Helsinki in Finland where our work is supported by Business Finland / Research to business grant. In the past previous years we've successfully enhanced the well-being and studying skills within Universities in Finland and abroad. Starting from 2023, we're focusing on:1. piloting a needs-based and impact-lead, preventive, cost-efficient, digital well-being and working life skills solution for SME's and large companies. 2. further developing partnerships and reach with educational organizations.
