Velocity Empowerment is a social enterprise aimed at impacting these issues through prevention, support, and recovery. For each program purchased, a scholarship program will be donated to DFV partner organisations. Our vision is to create strong, empowered, resilient women and girls who know their self-worthWe offer one on one, or small group training with a tailored program to challenge you and help you reach your goals in fun and new ways. We provide in home training, or at select outdoor park locations in Sydney CBD.
