The idea to start the company generated from the thought of bringing the best quality Tea from North-East Tea gardens (owned and managed by extended family) of India to Canada. Company's goal has always been to work ethically and in the most transparent way possible.Utsav Jain, FounderBorn in a business family, he always had an entrepreneurial mindset. After completing his Bachelor's in Commerce, he went ahead to sharpen his entrepreneurial skills by studying for MBA (PGDBM). After working for 6 years at Deloitte, Bank of America and KPMG, and a learning experience in his first retail business in India, U&T Global happened and there has been no looking back since. Tanvi Rana, Founder‘Visionary Leader' is an apt title for someone like her, who is always striving to dream big and achieve big. She has been a big motivation behind the founding of this company. She pursued her MBA to be on top of the ladder in Corporate world to be able to provide the best to the people around the globe. Little did she know that she would be heading her own company, U&T Global and providing the best of the products at a reasonable pricing.
