Titan Grand Prix was started in 2017 as a venture to fill the void in the aerial drone racing. While drone racing as a sport has gained popularity, much of the focus had been on smaller sized drones and courses which highlighted maneuverability and dizzying nearly invisible acrobatics as opposed to power and speed. TGP's answer was to create a new class of racing drone; the Titan Class drone measuring 3' by 3' and is large enough to be comfortably viewed from a distance, speeds of an exhilarating 150 mph which creates excitement, the visceral response of traditional motorsports, and heart pounding drama while brining a safe, eco-friendly modern approach. So far, Titan Class racing drones have bee features alongside Formula E in New York City including a joint event that was covered by multiple media channels. Utilizing todays top champion pilots, the TGP mission aims to pioneer and promote this new exhilarating motorsport, technology, eco-friendly racing and the lifestyle that goes along with giant drone racing as typified by their Titan Class drones.
