Theatre Bath is an online networking community which aims to promote and strengthen links and offer support and training to theatre companies, venues and individuals within the Bath area.History:Theatre Bath was formed in November 2011 and started life as a Twitter account, re-tweeting show info for the Bath area. Quickly it's popularity grew and it soon began to organise and run monthly informal networking events for anyone with an interest in theatre in the Bath area.Successes:We backed the theatre industry in Bath and managed to help save printed reviews of shows in the Bath Chronicle when the editorial team threatened to cut them, by calling a public meeting attended by over 100 people from local creative communities.
