Where we turn off our digital devices and tune into our capacity for stillness, focus, wonder, creativity, compassion, and awe.Whether your well is Mindful Music Moments, Mindful Poetry Moments, or True Body Project, you'll find simple and profound practices to remember that we are all deserving humans who want to feel better and do well in the world.The programs of The Well at the intersection of arts & wellness elegantly combine aspects of mindfulness, music & art, mind & body, social-emotional learning, play, and movement into regular practices for use within schools, hospitals, and communities.
